how do u get it to work it only shows a white screen on mine?

i need an email telling me how to run this 2.80 homw brew because when i try it just freezzes and this snake game doesnt even show up on my psp and it is in the photo folder

okay read the tiff tetris entry further down the page go to comments and it will inform you on how it works
basically if it just stops with the memory light on, let it go until your psp turns off or the memory stick light goes out and turn off your psp.
turn it back on and it should work fine (remember to access the fold by triangle then slideshow to get it to work.

don’t copy games into 1 folder… each game needs its own folder (that works for me)

#21 you extract the .rar file on your computer then put the contents in your photo folder on your memory stick

I Seriously need help everytime i try to run one of the games it freezez even if i use the slideshow way and if i just let it sit there and by restarting it still don’t work can someone help me.

!!!!!!!!!step by step!!!!!!!!!!!
extract the rar
get the folder called snake copy it
open your psp
go into the psp folder
if theres not a photo directory make one wth the word PHOTO
paste it in

load up your psp
HARD turn off your psp (hold power)
then open pictures hit slideshow

make sure you don’t have Hello World!

SNAKES ON A PSP

damn,theres not will be a downgrader for 2.8 frmw,thats what it says in a webpage,but its says that will be a downgrader for 2.81,well i dont beleve it,the best thing is to wait,i dont know how long because is lating,for the 2.80 eloader or downgrader,DOWNGRADER FIRST PLEASE!!!,then eloader like 2.71 :)

#30 right i have version 2.8 and this worked for me, first make sure you have winrar so you can view rar files! if not go here http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
1st load up your psp and and click on usb connection
(connect your psp to the computer)
2nd click on my computer and go to which every directory the PSP is i.e. removable disk E:, open the directory
3rd click on “PSP” folder, then click on “PHOTO” folder
4th on the computer open up the snake.rar folder (ignoring “snake src” folder) higlight the “SNAKE folder
5th Drag the highlighted snake folder into the photo folder in the PSP
6th close the USB connection
7th (i deleted all stuff in my video folder on the psp at this point, i dont know why)
8th go into the photo section and highlight the folder “SNAKE” press triangle and click on “slideshow” your psp should freeze for a second then it should turn itself off (mine did) DONT PANIC, turn on the psp again, and go to the photo folder
9th in the photo folder again highlight the “SNAKE” folder press triangle and click on slideshow, give it a second and it should work!! press left,up,down or right to initiate the game, and press select to quit

i hope this works for you #30 and every1 else, i cant make it any simpler, good luck, oh and let me know if it works.

TIFF penguin iz out too and i dont know why you have problems getting it to work it works 99% of the time for me…

can anyone help the rar file they give u needs to be changed to a bin file….how do i do that?

all you do is extarct the file and put the SNAKE folder into your PHOTO folder. DONE

I need help, all my homebrew works except the Snake and fileassistant ones.
I’m running 2.8 and luckily dont have a ta-082.
Is it anything to do with the photos being a png and a jpg and not a tiff image.
why are they not working!!!!
I’ve tried everything that u said up above and nothing worked.
