Thats not the only time though, and it happens so randomly that it's hard to give you much feedback as to what is causing it. I wish I could be more helpful. I just end up saving alot on a long puzzle just so I don't have to repeat a bunch of steps. Also if you want to remove all help from the software, you can turn off possibilities in the main menu.
