i tried it on my factory ta082 2.71, hoping for the chance that it just could’ve been a 2.5 in the past, and when the psp logo appeared, i thought i was in luck! but then another screen appeared “this game cannot be loaded”.

i got it, u have to use eloader to load this…

i loaded this an then it says “checking” for a hell long time.. any1 got this? how long does your checking takes?

mine says
“Check Start”
“Dump Start”

and MS light was blinking for like 30+mins and when it stop blinking it take me back to eloader after link 30secs..

Mine checked for about two minutes then went back to the eloader screen, plugged in the USB cable and there it was! :D WOOOOOT!

BTW Noobs; you need to run this with the gta lcs eLoader and if it works (which it will if you have a factory 2.5 TA-082 and do every thing right) it will create a folder on the root of your memory stick (thats the very top most folder) called “O250082CnD” and in it will be a bunch of files called Dump.abin, Dump.bbin, Dump.cbin… all the way to Dump.hbin . After that you just have to wait untill 0omk tells us what to do next.

wow i came back from vacation and now all this ta-82 comes out of nowhere! very good news for my psp :) now for this program, do you need the eloader from the gta hack or do you just load from the game menu on the home screen? thanks again 0okm!

This works on my v2.5 ta-082 psp. Procedure:
1. download the file and unzip it
2. put the unzipped folder in the Game folder of the memory stick
3. start GTA and eloader
4. scroll down your list and choose “ORG FW2.50 TA-082 C&D”
5. it will ask you to press circle to proceed or cross to cancel
6. after you press circle button, you’ll see
“Check Start”
“Dump Start”
7. the process takes 2~3 min (i don’t know what happens if it takes longer)
8. when it’s done, you should be back to the eloader menu
9. connect usb and open the O250082Dump folder in MS root

I have 8 dump files in the O250082Dump folder. Anyone has different number?

u need MS more then 32mb
cuz dump files are 41mb

also it took me 2 mins to dump on sandisk 1gb

and more than 1/2hour to dump on 32mb
which was not complete dump

umm if i have a factory 2.6 will it brick my psp?

can someone plz help, i put the folder in the game directory but it doesn’t show up in the eloader menu. it shows up in the xmb menu but not in eloader

to #27 i believe all you have to do is push ’select’ while in the gta eloader and the eloader will scan your memory stick for all the games. if this doesnt work then…..i….dont….know

yeah, same my is stick at the check and dump, for maybe an hour now

its finished now i just had to wait about 45 minutes. make sure you have more than 41 mb of space on your memory stick because thats how big the files are.

How is it noone has ever entertained the idea of a 2.5 downgrader? From 2.6 to 2.5, and then use something like this.

Anyways I had a 2.50 TA-082 psp which was upgraded to 2.60. Also had a 1 gig memory stick but the whole process took me about 30 minutes also! But it worked, I had 8 file dumps.

my psp is a factory 2.50fw and never upgraded to 2.60 etc….now I have my dump files too.it takes about 2 and a half minutes and yes 8 files.
now waiting awesome news from 0okm(you are the real hero man!!).

ARGHH!!!!! DAMN IT!!!! I’m cursed with the stupid 2.6 FW!!! I’m so sick of waiting. I can’t believe there’s a breakthrough for the TA-082 and it STILL doesn’t apply to me!

algo aqui me huele raro… este tio sabe como hacer el downgrade y deice que de hecho lo ha conseguido… pero curiosamente no quiere desvelar como se hace ni que se intente automatizar ese proceso… y nos dice que personalemente no s dira como hacerlo 1 a 1…!!! mmm no dudo de que sea un crack pero o quiere hacer negocio o hay algo raro aqui… no entiendo porque no explica como hacerlo… porque piensa que todos somos tan idiotas que ninguno lo entenderemos.? o porque teme perder su gloria..! ya digo que algo huele a chamusquina. espero equivocarme
