PiMPStreamer v0.7 Released

DickyDick1969 has stepped up the pimpin’ game by releasing a snapshot build of PiMPStreamer v0.7 today. You know the typical scenario; add features, include more codecs, and then you break that homebrew app and put it on the net! It ain’t easy…
Current features in v0.7:
- using ffmpeg svn build dll’s
- using network selection/ host selection
- more codecs
- images are not working yet.. (only listing works)
This is just the tip of the iceberg [slim] as more features will follow…
Oh yeah, if you don’t know, PiMPStreamer enables the streaming of videos (AVI, MPG, etc…) from a Windows-based PC to your PSP in realtime – via WiFi!
Download: PiMPStreamer v0.7 – repackaged to include xvidcore.dll.

Haven’t tried it yet but I hope there’s now support for WMV files.

Absolutley great. I just wish I were able to take out all this purple, buggin the hell outa me. All my vids are running smoothly. Just Great.
Hi i installed this the psp and inserted the right ip in th config file. When i run the program it says “error creating socket. I turned off my firewall. Would it have something to do with my router? and if so how can i fix it??
does this support sound too? like u can have sound with the videos haha

hey guys, if you hat the background so much, then change it.
it is really easy to do, just get lua player for windows, and if you don’t know how to program lua, get the lua tutorial homebrew app so you can study from your psp. don’t whine, fix it yo
