Cool, I can take advantage of this too with my new 1.5 PSP that I downgraded yesterday.
Its about time somone did a neogeo cartridge emulator.. the neogeo cd emu is great but the rims are huge in comparison to cartridge.. and NG portable was a joke so why even bother emulating it.
I can not get it to work I get an error when it is going to load the game.Do I need to do something to the roms?How do you use the converter tool?
Dose it need the neogeo.zip file (I have 2 one of 500kb and one of 50kb)? where dose it go?

Yeah the neo geo portable was dog crap basically. ick metal slug first and second mission each had about 5 colors throughout the whole game. Awful i say.
