at last downgrader for fw 2.50/2.60 is already on the way ,still in beta but i bet it will come not so long i’am glad and many thank to the hacker for their hardwork for this downgrader.at last i can play my PSP with ISO game and homebrew since i buy it 3 month ago.LONG LIVE THE HACKER

i know they could screw us then forcing THEIR upgrade in order to play new games they put out though, hmmm. I still think it could be done.

thanks cornbread, glad you like. great minds think alike. I have heard that it has been said before but why isn’t it possible to write our own upgrade, with the same characteristics as 1.0 or 1.5 and characteristics of 2.7 a hybrid if you will. this way we get the best of both worlds. Fuck a downgrader, lets move to the future and start putting out our own upgrades. What do the sony devs know that we don’t? I’m sure not much. I am not familiar with the intricacies of a psp or its code but just a thought from someone who is around patches and releases everyday in IT.

ye i thought of that too but its probbably hard because the psp probbably checks to prove the update in many ways …
well still maybe it could be done its a good ideab but better save it for later :D:D:D

Well…anyway…I’m very very happy right now because I’m seeing some light…congratz and tks for all the hard-worker-hackers that helps us all.

Hacking is no crime at all, hacking is a demonstration of knowledge, intelligence and dedication…using your knowledge to do anything illegal, well…thats illegal !!!

And again…the coders that are trying hard for sure would have it done easilly for themselves, but they’re trying to help us out. SO…thank you guys a lot.
