This arrived a short while ago - the U.P. folks have released the PSP 1.50 firmware for the Undiluted Platinum PSP Modchip.
This essentially allows you to flash your U.P. Modchip with firmware version 1.50, thus allowing you to take full advantage of all the homebrew possibilites provided in FW 1.50! You can also switch between the two firmwares (your PSP’s original and U.P. 1.50) without a problem.

i was just thinking if we could use a podcast or a rss feed to send a file like an eboot or at least use it to send a code that will let homebrew’s or firmware hack’s maybe send it like they do a video podcast then maybe there would be away that there could be a loophole in the firmware i may sound stupid but if you can use a podcast for video’s then why not files
im not a noob but was thinkin out load that maybe it could be able to be done
does anybody actualy know how convert FW EBOOT into a flash file i want 2.7 on my psp. am right in thinking that with my UP installed say on version 2.7 will that allow me to run unsighned code, or is that why you get to flashes for. cheers. DaN

Its like a 2.71 but with the features of a 1.50 !!!!!
so basicly the chip wont let me run unsigned code its actual custom FW that does that for me. is it the ebsylon bios shown in that UP video. cheers DaN.

This chip is soooo cool, wish i had one but i dont no credit card so i cant order… :(
