Do we just need to drop in the new prx, or replace the whole package?

can it boot anything higher than 2.5 yet, whats the diff between booting 2.5 and 2.7, youd figure there wouldn’t be much difference, i’m not flaming im just asking a question.

DevHook will run 2.6 games just fine.

It’s also running Initial D, Splinter Cell, Sims 2, etc.
Outrun 2006 is still a no go.

You must have either a game UMD or the sample Disc UMD.

You can simply add the update, or pick up a full version on my Tutorial page. Link in the article.

is there english instructions on this program and what is with all the other bits and bobs with the program. Installed devhook 0.4d no probs just wondering what the other stuff is?? The home+ L or H works i can boot into another iso without rebooting to 1.50 to the program. Great program

Why are the instructions so poor with these releases.
If you want to develop something for people to use, make it easy to use. All txt files, for example, are just garbled junk. If you already have a working with .41c, what do you replace? What’s src, tool etc.?

On some ISO’s, below the UMD button there is the ‘upgrade firmware’ option. Would that actually upgrade the firmware?

Could anyone actually get the download working straight away from this site? Only the ChaoZero download works for me. Is that because he actually puts the files in the folders that are needed? Firmware files etc.?

This Loader never fail to impress. This has got to be the best there is. I tried version .c 2 days ago and i was wow and now this. UMD Games version 2.6 is now running on 1.5 psps. I tried it and I’m impress. Its like having version 1.5 and 2.6 on one machine. So what if it sometimes freeze when you press HOME. I know it will be sorted soon. Other than that this is one kick ass loader. Big ups to Booster. Keep up the good work. This loader is highly recommended.

guys i have a white (jap) psp and after i run the devhook 41d and it restarts its self, when i go back to try run devhook again to play the game it comes up with.. this game cannot be started. the data is corrupted.

Still some bugs need Ironing out, as with fake Memory cards the game ISO is corrupted when you press the Home button and the next time the game won’t load.

To get around this have switched PSP off and then removed battery..

for all the 4GB harddrive users, the way to get devhook working on the drive is simple.

get a norm mem card (128MB or higher) put the identicle files on it as u have on ure 4GB drive (exluding the ISOs) put just one ISO in the mem card, metal gear acid or something. then ones the emulation has started and u r inside the 2.5 firmware, change to ure harddrive and hold home and push R1 to change the game

Ok dis loader is really making me upset. Been trying to make it work from since friday. I put da damn iso into da iso folder in the root of my mem stick but when i load devhook and click umd select i dont see my iso. but its at the buttom. mso/iso/put iso there. Tell me what i am doing wrong becuz i am able to run gta umd and i have 1.5 but i cant get the iso’s to show up or even load it freezes. Not to mention i download 3 different iso’s socom, untold legends and dbz and none works. Please someone must have a solution help PLZ

I would like some help not your pathetic oppinion. I am not a noob but i am not that good either. I got everything that psp-hacks release working but not this one. i even download all the devhooks releases A-D and still is not able to boot an iso. Is there someone out there who can help me. Why does it always freeze when it runs da iso and why doesn’t it show up in the emd select options like a normal loader

Hi, I think there is a little bug or somenthing. My son has a Neo converter 2 in 1 with a 4.0gb hard drive(not a memory stick) CF. I try to load devhook .41d but it freezes and turns off the psp. But if i put my 4.0gb(memory stick) with the memory stick adapter into the neo converter it works fine. so here is my question

is there a way to load devhook .41d with a “CF” hard driver? if so, can someone guide me on what to do.

working fine on jap version, i did clean install of ver 41 then just dragged and dropped the files from 41d to my psp and when asked to replace the existing files i just clicked yes and wooo-hooo!! works a charm. Massive thanks and respect! :)

well…it appearntly was working…coz in the root of my psp theres files …but all i got was a black screen

I have one big problem :(
I used the devhook with Guitaroo Man Live (JP)
It work but when i get back to the main menu and connect my PSP to the PC i deleted the .cso from my backup and when i want put another things to my stick it has no space :( :( :( :(
Why could this happen
I restart my PSP when i did the wrong information in the devhook programm and it loads and it loads 2 min + then i restart my PSP and did it good.

But now i have a brokken Memory stick it was a fake from china with 1959 MB this could be the reason
