#4, yes it does, but It’s not recomended to use this emulator as is yet, as the games run really slow.

I do like the fact that they are putting so much effort to this emulator we might just see the emulator fully working at least with Mario 64 in couple months. *crosses fingers*

Confirmed Working on 2.6FM WITH newest EBoot Loader.

i can get it to work, but all my roms are in v64 or z64 format, causing the emulator to extract them before play, which takes 5-10 min and crashes most of the time.is there a better way/format ?

I still think it will never run at 30fps. MAYBE At a PLAYABLE speed but never at 30fps. The psp can’t just do it no matter how good the coder is. This is still a good project.

Maybe if you were to fix the graphical errors, get it running as fast as you can, and then add a frame-skip function. then this thing would be worth using. but right now, its just an example of what could be.

#16 it isn’t very fast, avarage is about 5 to 6 fps but sometimes it gets 8 or 9
I havent played very far yet still in the first painting but i’m certain i’ll test it further

Everyone else… Yes this emu is cool. No this emu will never be full speed. The speeds you are getting now you are getting without even emulating sound. think about it… a 1ghz pc has enough of its own problems doing N64 at full speed with sound. 222 or 333mhz? doesn’t add up.

Ok… maybe it will be somewhat playable with sound when the media engine portion of the PSPs cpu is better reverse engineered. Not with the current state of things.

Donkey released to us his very first beta version of his donkey64 now called ultimate64 emulator. He changed his name to Strmn Nrmn because he was tired of all the flaming going on under the donkey name. Donkey is going to give us a new build under then name daleaus very soon. He will keep updating his emualtor and giveing us new builds until we all have his latest version 2.01 that he has given to the people over at psp-hacks. You’ll notice on the third entry on the latest news it says the date is 2002-08-10, the first release of Daedulus on the PC.
