New version of the PSAR Dumper surfaced today from PspPet - this one includes the ability to extract the 2.70 firmware files from the EBOOT.PBP update file; however, the PRX files are not decrypted, yet…
A tool to help legal reverse engineering of the PSP system components. Extracts the contents of the update data file, and saves them as separate files on memory stick. When it can, it will also automatically decrypt the .PRX files (like the PSPSDK PRXDecrypter tool)
Advanced expert tool.
Refer to the readme.txt for the rest…
And you can download the 2.70 EBOOT’s here if you wish to extract the files yourself. You will of course require a PSP capable of running homebrew - 1.00 through 2.60.

works perfect on 2.7 PSAR

1. A homebrew app. that lets you stream internet radio to your psp via a wireless hot spot!
2. probably here on this site!
3.eLoader is for firmware 2.0 and above.It would allow you to run PSP Radio,But you do need GTA LCS to run eLOADER!
4. And you can probably find it here too!!
5. personally if you do everything right it will make those times between psp games that much more barable!!!

So this pretty much lets u take features from 2.70 and put them on ur 1.0-2.6? (ex. flash player and all the blah blah blah u get with it)
