DingoFR^Froggies has released an update to his DCPang homebrew which is a clone of DCPang v1.2.
From the Readme:
Need to be in Kernel Mode to launch modules(prx), thus not compatible with 2.0+ FW.

Known Issues

-This version only synchonize the controls. thus for multiplayer games, start with a freshly booted game.
-AdHoc suffer the same problems as SMS: sometime it just doesn’t connect. reboot and try again.
-on 1.0 fw, closing AdHoc doesn’t work. (at gameover) Can’t play another multiplayer games.

I have personally tested this with firmware version 2.60 via Fanjita’s Eboot loader and it works fine minus the multiplayer mode because of the non-support of kernel mode as mentioned above.
