Edison Carter just updated his site, releasing v0.9 of his GTA hacking tool. This program allows you to easily cheat in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, involving numerous things (change CPU speed, spawn vehicles, infinite health/armor). Best of all, it works on 2.01+!
A changelog:
- Construction Mode
- Cheats memory increased to 200k
- Select cheats files from cheats directory
- 333MHz now supported on firmware 2.6

You’ll need to move your cheats.txt file into the cheats directory. This version can access any cheats files in the cheats directory by highlighting “File: …” and pressing left/right. They’re in the order of the files in the directory, so make sure you copy the file you want to come up first into the directory first.

When you enable Construction Mode, it doesn’t become fully active until you close the menu screen. Use the arrow buttons and analog stick to move around. You can move faster by holding X. It can be easier to see what you’re working on if you use L1+LEFT to zoom out.
Here is a list of known object IDs. Objects usually take a couple seconds to appear. If you move too far away from where the object was originally created, it may become invisible. Holding R1 will usually make it appear again.

it alows you to create objects in game goto 1.goto cheatdevice 2. goto cheat maker 3. turn on construction mode 4. and exit cheat divice now you have turned on construction mode to get off simply hold L+down or L+up ethier one

you create objects by pressing circle then you can rotate them around to your desire by pressing square or triangle you chose object by pressing square or triangle before you press circle (it tells you at bottom)ALSO no it will not harm you psp in any way and im not sure if or when the germen version is comming out

omg this s great but there still is a problem with the cheat device, the video recorder dont work :’( cuz it saves as a gif n its just a picture or can u only watch it on the pc?

ok this cheat devise doesn’t work for iso + 1.5fw, but is there another tool that does work? are ther helicopters availible in gta lcs?

The cheat device works on 2.6
ON CHEAT DEVICE (ROCKET BOOST) IS NOT THE LAST OPTION KEEP PRESSING DOWN, U WILL FIND CONSTRUCTION MODE.
Lot a people confused because they think rocket boost is last option.
And those of u that keep asking if this and that works in 2.6 just try it.
