MbShell Artillery v0.05 Released

Blue and Affinity have released a new update to MbShell – v0.05.
From the included ReadMe.txt:
We are proud to announce a milestone version of the Artilery Shell, the 0.05 version.
It features a lot of new functions and a whole new theme. Yes I’m talking about ‘we’, the awesome graphics are from my new lead graphics artist Affinity.
What’s new in this build?
- New theme
- UMD loading + return to shell function
- Slideshow application (reads png and jpg)
jpgs are limited to 1280×960
pngs are limited to 480×272 - Image support up to 1280×960
- Graphical MP3 player (under construction, but functional)
- USB connection
- Detailed battery indicator
- Window drop shadow support

it is a shell. It is one of those programs that functions like a OS like windows. pretty cool!
ehh i prefer the PSP-OSS it seems better this one ,,,for some reason when i goto menu it doens’t work…

Do a little reasearch before you post. most of the stuff is for 1.5 or 2.0 because you can downgrade 2.0 to 1.5 you cant do anything with 2.5 or 2.6

does this updated version work on it now(yes even though its not specified, some random person will say”does it fuckin say on the update”)but im just askin…anyways yeah heh

Will this shell run 2.0 UMDs or ISOs? Before I go downgrading my PSP…again… I would like to know.
this is a great “os” I love the fact that you can play your mp3 and look at pictures or even turn on your usb so you can upload files while still listenin to your music…this is what sony should of had in the first place and is also what other “os” like the psp oss is lackin…..too bad you can’t run homebrew or iso on this….if you could i would forever us this prog but as of now i deleted…but had to give props for the good parts…keep up the good work!
I could’nt get Kingdom of Partadise to run on my 1.5 with UMDEmu 8c, BUT
I Changed the settings to…
System Menu
Update Icon: Original
Use boot.bin
And chose K.O.P., Started This Shell, went to UMD.
And it loads the ISO that’s in memory from UMDEMU8C.
Works fine, almost booted Socom, didnt boot Exit, didnt boot Tokobots either.

Are u stupid ? Can this people having 2.01 2.5 and 2.6 understand that if there will be a real homebrew working on this firmware it will stand there BIG AND RED THAT THERE IT IS RUNNING ON 2.5, 2.6 , 2.01 if it dont stands there it will only run with 1.5 OR ! 1.5- ( for the stupid… 1.5 or 1.0 !!!! REMEMBER THIS !!!
