im the first to post..WOOT!!!, jp, cool, this looks kick ass :)
This is cool … yes .. 1st lol
It sucks! it’s not even as fast as they say. for 20min of simpsons episode it takes 35min to encode :(
If it wasnt free, I wouldent care.
well this seens like a good program but i keeping getting a xvid.dll error not found? whats up with that.
it works, but where is the thumb for playing on psp? it creates only the mp4. :(
Tried converting two videos but when I play them on my PSP the video and audio get out of sync after only a few seconds. Didn’t mess with framerate or anything.
So would you say this is better than psp video 9?
I keeping getting a xvid.dll error as well. Installed it twice.
psp video 9 is MUCH better!
My security programs kept displaying concerning messages when I start this program up. So I promptly uninstalled it =)
The moment I booted the program, I got a Norton Antivirus warning about malicious code being run on my system. Thanks but NO THANKS. I’ll stick with 3GP…the FIRST and still the BEST.
sometimes audio cant keep with the video, or the other way..
but it’s cool.. it’ll be good.. it’s still beta
psp media manager works way faster and better than this or psp video 9
and it uses less memory but has better quality than this or psp video 9
I have done A LOT of tinkering with different ways/programs for converting video and movies. I highly suggest sticking with the DVD Decrypter-PSP Video 9 combo. This program doesn’t create thumbs and I’m getting security warnings from McAfee. Maybe in a later release this program will have worked out it’s bugs.
My PSP is calling the videos “Unsupported Data”. I have PSP selected in the device box.
When i open this, it says teh script has a viris. Does anyone have a similar problem?

Yes! Read above =P
jMEnc is better
ImTOO is the best….But it costs and its worth it..trust me
ImToo is a piece of crap. Its fast, but has ghetto quality. And it costs money too
TOUR MOM IS THA BEST!!!.. oopz i mean 3GP!!
Wow, I couldn’t have expected better feedback! I will take a look at some of these bugs and prepare an update. I will also add a FAQ to answer some of the common questions. I have to admit that I didn’t test enough with my PSP, so I appreciate you all helping to find these… Thanks!
I encoded a movie with this and the sound and video were waaay out of sync. I encoded the same movie with pspvideo9 and everything was just right.
You guys are lucky, all I managed to get to come up was a notepad with a bunch of script :P Prolly have to PUT this script somewhere I guess, but feel no urge to do so…lol. I’m gonna have to stick to my PSP Max MEDIA manager :P
“jMEnc is better”
Does this make a thumb file?
there is a new version (0.9b) on the official site.
I noticed the administrator made a comment that he reads these posts. If so, please post an explanation as to why this is still here when Norton antivirus clearly shows it contains a virus, and most people can’t get it to work anyway. If you leave it up, at least answer the question as to wether or not it contains a real virus. The bigger picture is that it calls in to question all the other software posted on this great site, and if it contains any malicious code. Thanks for a great site and your attention.
I was unaware Norton detected this as a virus. I personally use AVG and it reports 0 infections. Perhaps Norton is incorrectly detecting this? What virus is it?
Thanks for the reply. I wish I could tell you, but it was more than 2 weeks ago I added then removed it. (Actually Norton let me download it, but not install it, as I recall, quarantining it immediately. OK, now after checking the norton log file it shows VEMODE.hta as a suspicious script (not a virus) from VEMODE 0.7b. Hope that helps.
And on an unrelated matter, although many people cannot seem to find the words to say it: thank you for your work and effort on this site and the psp scene in general.
