Teleport to:Tunnel under construction and then go to the open end you will see a digger or a dozer like thing. use the power jump code turn it on.and use the square putton to go up and down and use the analog stick to move foward and land on the roof of the tunnle that you just came out of and you will see the u like things and in the middle look around you will see a old fashioned rail road car.
