Version 1.2 of PSafeP Released in Time for New Trojan

Dark Killer has released a new version of his PSafeP. Also someone has released a new PSP trojan, that PSafeP will detect. The new trojan is floating around inside a program labeled DPixy and claims to cure dead pixels. It actually gradually (about 1min) turns your screen black. The PSP is still functional it just doesn’t display anything to the screen. To get your PSP back you need to navigate to the system restore without the aid of seeing what you are doing. Back to the good news about PSafeP here’s what’s new:

- improved flash read/write detection algorithm (flash0 access for wlan drivers isnt detected as suspicious anymore)

Actually there are legit programs that will fix a stuck pixel. It is often hard to tell the difference between a stuck pixel and a dead one.

it would actually be quite easy tho, just get another psp load a umd in both of them (cos the psp takes u straight to the umd logo) then navigate your way back! :D
