lol. This is the exact method i posted to do. Create built off the Wab version Changer. set to 1.0 firmware then run the update to 1.5. so it tricks the psp to thinking its upgrading.

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS

Wab was release code for 1.5 and 1.0 to change your firmware to either 1.0, 1.5, 1.52 or 2.0

Since there is now a new exploit for the 2.0, someone had manage to put my thoery to the test. They recompiled the code to work for 2.0

Now when running the app it sets the firmware name to be 1.0, Now! when you run the 1.5 update, The psp thinks its a 1.0 so installs the 1.5 firmware over it.

holy crap. it worked. I didn’t think it was doing anything, but then I checked the version and it says “1.00″ and I gasped loudly.

I entered the “VSHELL PHOTO” whatever command in the internet address bar. I’m assuming that’s where it was supposed to be done. If I’m right and not just an idiot, then THE URL IS WHERE YOU TYPE THE VSHELL COMMAND. I think. perhaps that’s where people are getting confused.

i just put the files where the read me said then i went then via the psp to the photo menu and selected the overflow pic then the screen went black with soom code on it i rebooted the i went to the game menu on the memorycard and ran the update waited a minute and the when it said failure i did a hard reset and schazaaam 1.50

-put the files ”n” and ”index” in it.
-open psp-//-photo and put overflow in it.
-turn on the psp and go on the immages, start it and w8 some seconds ”11 or 15” then turn off the psp and run the 1.5 version
