Works great, but if you quit the program while paused, it will lock up the PSP.

Ok, I tried setting up my own ShoutCast server, which failed to get the connection to the PSP. Also, the server in the .CFG file didn’t work for me.

Has anyone gotten it to work smoothly? I am thinking about changing the IP in the .CFG file to something I know works. Unless the program doesn’t work on 1.0 PSPs properly…

Got it working on my 1.50 PSP. It requires a STATIC IP and a DNS Server IP inputed to work. The stream IP that the author included is of some real crappy music, when I find other streams that work, I will post them here for others to try.

ight its really easy all u got to do it fid out ur ip adreaass defult router and dn they shud all be the same. go to netework janux go to first 1 (might want to delete all then make 1 and then redo the other 1s) then u go to custom on the the choice easy or custom thing then/manual/ type in all shit/then save then go to game/psp radio u shud connect/listening to crappy music

OK:

-First you need to goto Network Settings

-Edit your connection settings to have a STATIC IP Address ie(192.168.1.100)

-Then edit the Subnet mask to 255.255.255.0

-Then put a DNS Server IP(one that is for a PSP Webportal or the DNS server on your computer)

-Then run PSPRadio. Be prepared to listen to crap music, since the only server that seems to work is the one that the author included in the CFG file. To try other servers put the IP of the ShoutCast server into the spot where the other server is.

I tried other servers and they did not work. If I had the sources to the program I could try and see if I could make it work.

What servers are you using #39? The default one fucking blows… I got the default one working fine, but I wanted to view others and they dont work.

it works fine but it buffers alot, whats a good bitrate for the scast server? anyone know, i like the fact you can pic what wifi profile it uses great app :)

#10 ..PSPersonalize isn’t really too hard, though it took me a while to perfect it :P What I usually do is just add the file to mem stick and let the computer replace the file. Then I go to game /PSPersonalize/ accept the ones I want(remember which one ya changed) then select home, go to settings, select the month twice and *bling* that easy ;) Remembering which ones ya had makes it simpler, you don’t have to accept ALL the changes :D Hope that helps ya out some :)

thats what the auther ment for this to work as.. all u do is open winamp, pres Alt+L click on Shoutcast Radio… choose a station u want, Play it and find the IP.. Put the IP in the cfg file or in the playlist file…

As for the ppl who get the IP of 0.0.0.0 assigned to them.. FUCKING READ THE GUYS WEBSITE, IT HAS A FREAKING HOW TO GUIDE OF HOW TO SET UP A STATIC IP on ur PSP
