1mhz PSP Text Reader

pppwww of CNGBA has released a new text reader for viewing ebooks on the go. Whats new with this version though is that it only runs your PSP at 1mhz which can save huge on the battery. It does take a little longer to load a file however, but we are talking about close to 10 seconds instead of 2 seconds. Which isn’t very much difference compared to the hours it can tack on your battery. As always this is available in our downloads section or by clicking here.

What formats does it support?
Wow, Europeans are sure pissy. Be patient, there will come a time when all your grief and sadness will be alleviated by the release of a down converter. Why not praise the people bringing out these great apps instead of whining profusely about something they cannot control? Actually, I’m speaking quite generally to everyone: stop bitching, praise and wait.

Sounds a bit too religious to me. :P I appreciate everything the homebrew developers have done, but idly praising them is more than a little like praying, don’t you think? :P
Anyways… The idea of an 1MHz text reader app for the PSP is a great one, and I hope this program will continue evolving. :D

Too bad I can’t use it becuase the down grader is not out yet :( *sniff*
why doesn’t it just scale the CPU down to 1mhz *after* it loads the image? not rocket science.
Another txt reader that I can barely see the txt and it’s white on black so even if I could see the text clearly I’d go blind.
Offcourse the readme and apps config screens are all in chineese so go figure.
Nice if you can read chineese and
configure it I suppose. Worthless if not.
