PSP Programming Tutorial – Lesson 3
greg | August 18, 2005
source: pspupdates
Yeldarb has released another PSP coding tutorial. This is the third PSP tutorial he has written, and the last two have gotten much praise from the community. These guides are comprehendable by a complete and total newbie, but will also be valuable to novice coders, or skilled ones looking to begin coding for the PSP. If you missed his first two lessons, be sure to check them out first.
Lesson 3 covers everything from declaring, initializing and using variables, to logic statements, to loops, to button input. It should give you a firm foundation on which to build your programs. It also gives you a background so that you can understand mainstream C tutorials that are scattered around the net.
Comments (3)Scrabble Assistant
greg | August 18, 2005
The author of DJSP – Lok Tai Fung a.k.a. Andy Fung – has released a quick homebrew app which acts as a Scrabble Assistant. Basically this application is an anagram generator and word checker.
Directly from the included readme.txt:
Enjoy, don’t ask me any questions about it. Use at your own risk. :-)
Scrabble Assistant. It’s an anagram generator + word checker.
Written by me: Lok Tai Fung.
Sometime later, I’ll put it at: www.andyfung.net/scrabbleassistant
Noooo questions, I just did this for fun and it was a quick hack. I don’t want any suggestions.
So if you’re ever playing scrabble and you’ve got your PSP handy, why not generate and confirm some words while you’re at it – or if you’re just plain old bored, give it a try!
