For those developers on a Windows platform, devkitproPSP has been updated to release 4. devkitPSP release 4 now uses gcc 4.0.1 and the latest PSP sdk from SVN.

for downgrading a psp v3.72 the easiest way to do it is thru a pandoras battery. otherwise there is now way atm, so just wait around and keep checking back at psp-hacks and qj.net
