This is old news; however, it was never covered by us. The folks over at WinPSPortal have developed a snazzy little interface which acts as an offline website. This is for 2.0 firmware users only.
What this is meant to be is an offline website, accessible at all times by your PSP. If you do have an internet connection, there is an assortment of links to help you through the internet without using PSP’s dial-a-key-board, including fast links to e-mail, searches, and online messengers.

didnt work why says cannot display content
Hey, i just found out that you have to go to tools on the internet menu and go to settings. Then go to Cache Settings and find the “Do Not Use” Option. then it should work
this thing is off the chain!
yeah it’s pretty sweet, just wondering does the mini browser suck as much juice from the battery like the actual firmware 2.0 broswer?… post your findings

this doesn’t work on psp v2.50?
cause i put win in the root folder and i deleted the readme!
in the root are now win psp and mp_root!
