PSP 1.50 Firmware Hacked

Update: Straight from ps2nfo.com – its been confirmed that the exploit only works on 1.50 firmware versions. If you’ve upgraded to 1.51 or 1.52 you’re out of luck, for now.

Well the time we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived; well not quite yet – but its been confirmed by various groups that it is indeed real and the “release date” is scheduled for 6/15/2005 (15:00 GTM+1) .

DISCYER – i don’t think it will work wit 1.51, since they would most likely have menetioned it then. But I vcould imagine that hacking 1.51 will be a bit easier now that they got 1.50 hacked.

I still think that it is good to have 2 PSP’s…..and NEVER update the one with 1.0. I mean, Sony is paying attention here, and with every new big release is gonna come an automatic update to play it. Then the Haxors have to get to work all over again. This is great news indeed…..I’m just saying that be aware that Sony isn’t going to take this lying down.

I say if this works it will work for 1.5 and 1.51. Why 1.51 you say? Well because from 1.5 and 1.51 only a little change has been made and it that whas only a Wi-fi Security update *so that means that thing will work for bouth!

Id doubt that he is lieing too, thats a pretty reliable site, and he TESTED it too.
If it is all fake, then there site will die and no one will trust them ever again, they know thats what will happen if its a lie. If this has been a reliable for a while, i boubt that they would throw it all away on this thing.

Is it June 15th Eastern time or Spain time? Because Spain is 6 hours ahead of the Eastern time. That means that if they release it as soon as the day begins then we will actually have this available on Tuesday, June 14th at 6:00pm.

I screwed up an upgrade to 1.52 so even if it works with 1.50 i stilll can’t do antyhing. So i’ve decied to go and but a jap psp or if it does work but another us psp.

the downgrade from 1.5x to 1.5 should in be alot easier to acomplish then the 1.0 because we already have a valid flasher for the 1.5 realase of the firmware we just haft to trick the psp into thinking that its something new like a 1.6 and kaboom we are in

i tried renaming the update 1.53 it recognizes it as 1.53 but says a newer verson is istalled.But yeah it should be easier because we have the update for all you who want the 1.50 update go to :

To tell you the truth NO one cares about the DS or Nintendo. People see it as a kidey system that only plays Mario. So i don’t think it will happen anytime soon.
Nintendo is a good company and the ds is a good system! On top of that mario is a quality game!
